Tampa CrossBoot is hybrid workout which encompasses exercises and techniques from both Cross training workouts and fitness bootcamps. It embodies the camaraderie and team effort of fitness bootcamps and the strength and conditioning concepts of Cross Training. CrossBoot works on cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy, while promoting fat loss and team building. The workouts are challenging yet can be completed by people of all fitness levels because everyone is able to work at their own pace.
